We started Serica Rest because we were tired of being lied to.
Most "premium" sleep products are polyester and marketing. A satin pillowcase is just polyester with a sheen. A "memory foam" pillow can be low-density filler that flattens in months. The labels are designed to confuse, and the prices are designed to extract rather than to reflect what something is actually worth.
So we built Serica Rest differently. We source the real thing, from Grade 6A mulberry silk at 22-momme to genuine memory foam, and we publish every spec on the product page. No fine print. No "proprietary blend." You know exactly what you're buying, and you know why it costs what it does.
We price it fairly, premium but honest. No markups for markups' sake, no inflated "compare-at" prices to make a discount look bigger. Just good materials, clearly described, delivered to your door. That's it. Wake up better.
Why Serica
Named after the land of silk.
Over two thousand years ago the Greeks and Romans had a name for the faraway land where silk came from. They called it Serica. Silk was so valuable that one of the most famous trade routes in history was built around it.
We took the name because we believe sleep deserves that same respect. Serica Rest exists for one reason. Better sleep, every night.
