Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Free, tracked shipping

Every order ships free, with no minimum, and every order is tracked.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier.
• Delivery: usually 6 to 12 days after it ships.
• In total, most orders arrive 7 to 15 days after you order.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Why it takes that long

Our products are made and shipped direct from our manufacturing partners instead of sitting in a rented warehouse whose cost ends up in your price. You wait a little longer; you don't pay a retail markup.

Duties and import fees

We aim to deliver with nothing extra to pay at your door. If a carrier ever asks you for a duty or customs fee on a Serica Rest order, email support@sericarest.com before you pay it.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery was refused, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost, or refund the product price minus the shipping we already paid.

Late or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived 25 days after you placed it, email support@sericarest.com with your order number. We'll open a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms it's lost, or tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.

Marked as delivered but not received

Check around your door, mailbox, building office and with neighbours, and give it 48 hours, because carriers sometimes scan a package early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We'll file a claim with the carrier and work through it with you. We may ask you to confirm the details in writing so the carrier can investigate.

Memory foam pillows arrive vacuum-packed

Unroll the pillow and let it breathe. Give it a full 48 hours to reach its full shape before you judge it. New foam can have a faint smell at first; it fades as it airs out.
