Agreement
These terms apply when you use sericarest.com or buy from Serica Rest. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
Who can order
We currently sell to customers with shipping addresses in the United States and Canada.
Prices and currency
Prices are charged in US dollars (USD). Any other currency shown on the site is an estimate for convenience only, and your bank sets the final exchange rate. We work to keep product details and prices accurate. If we make a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including ones we suspect are fraudulent, and we'll refund you in full if we do.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Product use
Our products are designed for comfort and better sleep. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a neck, back or sleep-related medical condition, talk to a healthcare professional. Follow the care instructions for each product.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photos, graphics, and the Serica Rest name and SR logo, belongs to Serica Rest and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Serica Rest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn't take away any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
