Privacy Policy

Who we are

Serica Rest (sericarest.com) is a sleep brand based in Ontario, Canada. For any privacy question, email support@sericarest.com.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
• Payment: handled entirely by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us by email or through our contact form.
• Email sign-up: your email address and country, if you join our list.
• Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and similar data, collected through cookies and pixels.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders; to answer your questions; to prevent fraud; to understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and, only if you've opted in, to send you emails about products and offers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store, and only what each one needs:

• Our checkout and payment provider (Wix and its payment processors).
• Our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers, which need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Our email provider, for order updates and any marketing you've signed up for.
• Analytics and advertising partners, such as Meta, to measure how our ads perform.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and ads

We use essential cookies to make the site work (for example, your cart), plus analytics cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure our ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings without affecting your ability to shop.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you've signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data is kept only as long as it's useful for the purposes above, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@sericarest.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Canadian residents have these rights under PIPEDA, and residents of some US states, including California, have similar rights under state law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the bottom of this page.
