Enter your tracking number to check on your delivery. You'll find it in your shipping confirmation email.
Processing time
Orders ship with tracking within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive 7 to 15 days after you place them. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships. If it hasn't arrived 25 days after you ordered, email support@sericarest.com and we'll trace it with the carrier, then replace or refund it if it's lost.
Pillows arrive vacuum-packed
Memory foam pillows are compressed for shipping. Once unrolled, give them a full 48 hours to reach their full shape.
