You can't stand anything on your face
Silk is about as light as a mask gets, but it is still a strap around your head. If any mask wakes you up, this one will too.
You need total blackout
It's a flat mask, not a moulded one. On some face shapes a little light gets in at the nose. If you need a sealed blackout, a contoured cup mask will do that better.
